Title: Robotics Research to Industry Adoption
Abstract:
In this talk, Joyce Sidopoulos explores robotics and automation adoption across industry: what technologies are funded, where momentum grows, and what lies ahead. She contrasts “state-of-the-art” research with commercialization realities, highlighting time, testing, safety, regulatory and acceptance barriers slowing uptake. The discussion connects these trends to customer discovery, examining who holds challenges, what they invest and how adoption happens.
