Title: Soil Moisture Mapping Using Gaussian Process Regression

Abstract:

This talk presents recent research results in soil moisture mapping methods tailored for large fields. The methodology enables efficient monitoring, enhancing precision agriculture through accurate, large-scale moisture mapping. It combines theories on RSSI-moisture modelling, block-based pixelation, and cost function formulation with data validation supported by simulations and field trials.
