Title: Interning at JPL: The MSR Sample Recovery Helicopter Concept

Abstract:

After spending the last 6 months interning at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Tara will talk about her experience working on a flight project: The Sample Recovery Helicopters, part of the Mars Sample Return (MSR) mission concept.

Bio:

Tara Bartlett is a PhD candidate who has interned at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) first working with the DARPA Subterranean Challenge team, then on the Ground Mobility software team for the Sample Recovery Helicopter of the Mars Sample Return (MSR) mission. She has a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Aeronautical & Space) and is in the final year of her PhD in Bipedal Robotics.
